Shipments are packed 9 am eastern time, orders received after this time will ship the next business day. Saturday shipment may not be possible during the summer months. August 16-20
Normal Shipping Schedule Commonly we ship six days a week, pick up being before 9 AM eastern, orders received after this time will ship the following business day.
Orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible, often within less than 24 hours.

Custom Quilling now offers a choice of shipping rates, an estimate of the cost is shown on your Cart Contents page. First Class does NOT offer tracking, if you wish tracking please select Priority Mail. Delivery times are totally out of our control, once the package leaves the USA.
All duty, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are paid to the respective countries, not to Custom Quilling. Shipments cannot be marked as a gift unless it is actually a gift being sent. When orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please contact your local delivery service or customs office for more information.

Return Policy Returns will not be accepted for the following items (unless shipped in error): Books, Videos,DVDs, or Patterns. Approved products can only be returned within 10 days order with authorization from Custom Quilling. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all approved returns. All returns must be in the original packaging and condition. The cost of shipping the returned merchandise is your responsibility.Contact us for the correct return address as it may not be the same as our shipping address. Re-stocking fee will not be charged on replacement items only if items were shipped in error. Refunds will be issued as a store credit, unless prior arrangements have been made.
