Accepted methods of payments are as follows:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCHECKS through PayPal (You do not have to join PayPal to make a credit card payment), *Personal Checks and Money Orders. Cash will only be accepted for orders that are picked up.
Orders paid by means of money order or cashiers check will ship upon receipt of the money order.
All International payments must be in US funds paid with credit card, unless other arrangements are made with Custom Quilling. *Payments by check please note: Orders will be held until checks clear, which may take up to ten business days. - Checks returned for any reasons including insufficient funds will incur a $30.00 fee. We are covered by FARS (Federal Automated Recovery Systems) any dishonored checks and associated fees will be electronically debited from your account.
- Payment must be received within in seven days from the placement of the order. If not received within this time frame the order will be canceled and items will be returned to inventory.
Credit Card Payment by Phone
We now accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express) payments by phone. Please place your order online selecting "Payment by Phone", then call us (908 276-5661) with your credit card information so that it may be processed.
For the peace of mind and safety of our customers all credit card information phoned in will be stored securely off the internet. Mail or Fax Order Forms
Custom Quilling will accept orders by mail (Custom Quilling, LLC 33 Munsee Drive, Cranford, NJ 07016) or fax (908 276-5661). Open an account, place the items in your cart then proceed to check-out, print your order then mail or fax to us. If the order is to be faxed please include the Credit Card Fax Form below. International and fax orders MUST include credit card information.
Any other forms of international payments WILL NOT be accepted and the order will not be processed. To download the order form please click the link below:
