- How did Custom Quilling Begin?
My passion for quilling began in 1975 when I did my first quilled wedding invitation…my own. I found my calling: Narrow strips of paper and a hatpin. Since creating Custom Quilling in 1976, I have done countless quilled heirloom birth announcements, wedding invitations, and anniversary gifts that have ended up worldwide.
I have taught numerous people to quill both in person and online classes.
After frequent request for locating some of the unusual quilling supplies I use, the concept of Custom Quilling Supplies was born. The online doors opened in March of 2004 steadily expanding our inventory, adding a monthly Newsletter than a Design Team.

We pride ourselves in our customer service, having an outstanding rapport with our customers in our 30 years of business.

- How is my package shipped?
Most times orders will ship within less than 24 hours. Our pick up is before noon Monday thru Saturday during the majority of the year.
International orders will be slightly longer before shipping.
Ninety percent of all packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery conformation included at no charge.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Custom Quilling ships world wide. We only request you place your order by selection “Payment by Phone” so that the correct shipping fees can be determined before you make a payment. Then if desired we will invoice you thru PayPal or you may call your in credit card information. All duty, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these are fees paid to the respective countries, not to Custom Quilling.

- May I place an order over the phone?
Orders can be phoned in but we request you first create an account in store so we have a valid record of your address and other information.

- Is my credit card information secure?
For the peace of mind and safety of our customers all credit card information phoned in will be stored securely off the internet. All credit card information provided thru the store credit card check out is handled thru PayPal.

- Do you offer a catalog?
Due to the ever changing inventory of Custom Quilling we regret it is impossible for us to print an up to date catalog at this time.

- Are discounts offered?
Yes!! Members of the North American Quilling Guild can use the code NAQG at check out to receive a discount. In addition all new customers will receive a code in their welcome letter. It is located at the bottom of the letter.
